Cathal is a graduate of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy and holds certification in Hypnotherapy, Hypno-Analysis, Hypno-Psychotherapy, Close Protection, Children's First, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, First Aid at Work, First Person on Scene, Manual Handling, Fire & Safety, Medical Hypnotherapy, and Parts Therapy. 

Prior to studying psychological therapies, Cathal obtained qualifications as a Presentation Graphic & Industrial Designer from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Mountjoy Square.
